Questions
Everything about running Toastline at your weddings: what guests do, what the couple gets, how to sell it, and what it is built on.
The short answers
Do guests need an app or a rented phone?
No. They scan the QR sign and record in their phone's browser. Many guests can record at once.
What is the radio show?
A 10-minute audio episode of the night: AI picks the funniest and most touching messages, puts them in order and adds a short intro and links read by an AI host voice.
Can I put my own brand on it?
Yes. The QR sign, the recording page, the gallery and the show intro carry your company name and logo.
How fast is it ready?
The gallery fills live. The show is made automatically the morning after the recording window closes, and you can approve it before it goes to the couple.
Can a couple remove a message from the show?
Yes. You or the couple can drop any clip and the show is rebuilt in minutes.
How many events can I run?
Unlimited events on the $59 monthly plan.
How long are recordings kept?
Twelve months. A month before, we email you so you can tell the couple to download their show and messages; then the audio is deleted and the transcripts stay.
What the couple gets
One page under your brand, opened from a link you send them: the radio show, every message with its transcript and tone, a printable guestbook (save it as a PDF), and a 30-second share clip of any message to post or text. They can drop a clip from the show themselves.
Sell it as an add-on: your logo, your price
Vendors already price audio guestbooks as a package add-on. Toastline keeps your name on everything the couple and their guests see, so the price stays yours.

What it is built on
Recording happens in the guest's own browser with its microphone, after the browser asks their permission; the recording page says how the message will be used.
Transcripts come from Deepgram's Nova-3 speech-to-text, with a time for every word.
The picks and the host script are written by Claude from the transcripts alone: it tags each message (funny, heartfelt, advice, toast), scores it and orders the show. Every name the host says is checked against what guests actually said; a line that names anyone else is replaced. The voices you hear in the messages are always the guests' own.
The host voice is a stock synthetic voice (Deepgram Aura-2). Nobody's voice is cloned.
The music bed under the show is made by Toastline itself, so there is nothing to license.
Who it's for
Wedding DJs and photo booth companies in the US who sell, or want to sell, an audio guestbook add-on, and run several weddings a month. Couples don't sign up: they get the page you send them.
